Honey Locust
This Honey Locust tree in Vevay Indiana is set in front of a dramatic fall sky. The Honey Locust have great, big thorns. Native Americans would make a drink from the pulp. A Native American legend is that the Thunder Spirit recognized his son by his ability to sit comfortably on locust branches, despite the thorns. - Wiki
