Eastern Hemlock's slow death
The hemlocks in Smoky Mountain National Park don't have much of a chance. They have been dying off for several years now despite efforts by the Park's policy of not allowing transported firewood. These tree's sit on top of Clingman's Dome.

In September we will start a two month long road trip starting in Minnesota & heading South to Costa Rica. Shortly after there will be a Costa Rica Photography Education Center opening. Vacation and Learn.
